Responsibilities
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support and provide administrative and operational support to the legal department
Assist with special projects and tasks
Write basic correspondence
Conduct basic research as requested
Assist with archiving and document filing systems
Assist in coordinating department activities as needed
Coordinates emails, telephone and online meetings as requested
Liaison between legal and other departments
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Languages (Mandarin/English – French an asset)
Very good time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Excellent written skills
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinker and great problem solver
Ability to follow procedures and policies as per department standards
Ability to work unsupervised with a “can-do” approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams
Adhering to safe work practices
