Responsibilities
-support internal employees with virtuous enquiries
-providing the best workplace experience to employees
-granting access to anyone in the building
-processing ID and badges for internal personnel
-supporting the mailroom team
- Filling supplies in the Comm Rooms
- Healping to hand out welcome packets
Qualifications
- Experience with customer services, retail, hospitality or office services
- Should be able to carry upto 25 pounds if needed
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to enter and organize data within spreadsheets
-post Secondary education completed
