A client of ours is looking for an administrative assistant for a permanent position in Pointe-Claire.

As an administrative assistant, you will have as main responsibilities:

-Review the agreements; enter the order for invoicing;
-From a dashboard, identify completed projects; summarize the features of the system installed for each customer.
-Find potential leads and identify them in the database for sales advisors;
-Manage the database.
-Coordinate and ship monthly original end-of-warranty notices to our customers;
-Provide administrative support to the internal sales team by conducting research or analysis reports;
-Respond to customer inquiries and make courtesy calls, as needed;
-Any other related duties.

The proposed salary is between $40 000 and $ 45,000 per year, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, for a total of 37.5 hours per week, 2-week vacation, benefits after 3 months, parking on site but accessible by public transit.

What are the qualifications required?

- Bilingual English/French (especially excellent French oral and written)
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years as an administrative assistant
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Professional, autonomous and organized
