Responsibilities
-Monitoring mailbox inquiries and sending them to the appropriate staff
-Building PowerPoint presentations
-Data entry and report pulling in the CRM system
-Setting up meetings
-Sending invoices
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years experience as an administrative assistant
- Tech savvy and intermediate with excel and powerpoint
- Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to enter and organize data within spreadsheets
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills and a high level of attention to detail and
- Experience in maintaining data quality & checking for data entry mistakes.
