Responsibilities
-Support the Executive Assistant in managing the VP's complex calendar and booking meetings
-Helping to coordinate travel international travel for the VP and the team
-process expenses and invoices
-prepare meeting materials, proposals, and decks
-support the Operations team with event, convention, and conference planning and execution
-ad hoc administrative tasks and projects
Qualifications
-experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality, media, or tech (asset)
-customer services experience, inclination or aptitude
-update to date with pop culture and able to utilize social media platforms
-resourceful, adaptable, and has a positive attitude
-must have a valid passport and can travel internationally
