-Greet visitors and manage phone and email inquiries
-Coordinate and set up meeting rooms
-Facilitate shipping requests and receipt of courier packages
-Ensure kitchen and other office supplies are stocked
-Various Administrative duties
Qualifications
-Reception and office administrative experience of 1-2 years
-Clear spoken and written communication
-Pleasant and positive attitude, a team player
-Self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and take the initiative.
-tech savvy and familiar with MSOffice
-Possitive attitude and willing to work in team
