Our client in Dollard Des Ormeaux is currently looking for an administrative assistant - receptionist. Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources and Communications, the objective of the Administrative Assistant - Receptionist is to answer calls.
for Montreal facilities, direct requests for
information as well as to provide quality service to customers, visitors,
suppliers and employees. Provide support to the President and the management team.
In addition, it will be responsible for responding to and following up on customer complaints.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and undertake several activities
at the same time, in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability in interpersonal and communication skills;
Have a professional attitude and presentation;
Customer service oriented;
Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of

Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30PM

2-3 weeks of vacation
35,000$ - 45-5000 $ per year
Schedule of 37.5 hours per week;

High school diploma;
Training in secretarial, office automation, administration or related skills is an asset;
5 to 8 years of experience as a receptionist in an environment
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Bilingual (French and English).
