Do you have have previous administrative support and great MS Office skills? Are you highly organized, able to manage your time well and work independently? If so we have the role for you!

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our client in Saint John for a 4 month contract with potential for extension or to become permanent!

Pay: $15.43/hour

Hours: Mon- Fri 9-5 pm (35 hour work week)

As an Administrative Assistant your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Support admin activities (processing transactions, investigating and reporting on potential risk)
- Follow regulatory guidelines
- Enter data from a spreadsheet into a different system (multiple spreadsheets per day)
- Pull reports

Qualifications
- Attention to detail, highly organized, time management, sense of urgency
- High school education
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Exercising due diligence surrounding sharing of personal/sensitive information
- Has experience providing administrative support (1 year)
