Do you have have previous administrative support experience? Are you professional, polished and have enhanced computer skills? If so we have the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to support our client in Downtown Toronto for a 5 month contract!

Pay: $20.58/hour

Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Flexible end time by 30 minutes)

As an Administrative Assistant your main job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet visitors and employees
- Support new hire onboarding process
- Manage regular communications (LOB related)
- Administer Iron Mountain
- Update and maintain reservation system
- Manage filing cabinet
- Coordinate access cards
- Office auditing
- Escalate and resolve any issues
- Manage mail receipt

- Work for one of Canada's largest banks in downtown Toronto

• 2+ years of experience previous experience with customer interaction (preferably in a larger company) .
• Professional Polish
• Mature attitude and positive attitude
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgement, make sound decisions and provide guidance
• Enhanced computer skills including MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Personable
• Flexible in location
• Eager to help
• Outgoing personality

Nice to have:
• Previous Admin/Receptionist experience (preferably in a larger company) – HM does not need to see a certain number of years, he is looking for quality

Education: University highly preferred
