Do you have previous administrative experience experience within a fast paced environment? Do you have previous receptionist experience or handling multiple phone lines? Are you an independent worker with strong problem solving skills? If so, we may have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay Rate: 19.17/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5

As an Administrative Assistant your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions.
• Filing
• Printing/Faxing/Scanning
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Filling out paperwork
• Office maintenance
• Managing courier between multiple branch offices
• Perform other duties as assigned
