Do you have previous administrative assistant experience and are a polished and professional individual? Have you worked with expense reports in the past? If so, we have the role for you!

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract in downtown Toronto!

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay rate: Pay: $17.00/hr

As an Administrative Assistant your main job responsibilities include:
- Work along senior level admin to help support the executives
- Prepare invoices, memos, financial statements
- Perform general office duties
- Outlook calendaring
- Expense reporting
- Mail distribution
- Take calls
- Cover for people who are sick and on vacation
- Interact with various teams and stakeholders

- Work for a Top 5 Bank
- TTC Accessible
- Work with senior level executives
- Networking opportunity
- Potential for extension or to become permanent

- 1-2+ yrs exp. as an Administrative Assistant from a large corporate environment
- Exp. with Expense Reporting
- High School Diploma
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Polished, and professional presentation
- Strong communication skills

Nice to have:
- Exp. from the financial services industry
