Are you looking for a great foot in the door opportunity within a large bank? Do you have a strong attention to detail, can work independently and have strong communication skills? If so, we may have a great opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 3 month contract in Downtown Toronto.

Pay Rate: $16.47/hour
Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm (flexible hours, starting out part time but can go to full time hours)

As an Administrative Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Filing and organizing
- Mailing and packaging
- Setting up seminars, preparing catering
- Mass mailings
- Drafting marketing templates
- Other admin duties as assigned

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Attention to detail, organized, professional, punctual, well presented
- Computer savvy with MS Office
- Expert ability to work independently, manage one’s time
- High school education
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in a filing clerk/clerical/administrative role: 1 years
- Previous experience working within a banking/financial institution environment: 1 years
