Do you have strong organizational and planning skills? Do you have at least three years of experience supportive managers within an administrative capacity? Have you managed multiple calendars in the past and are interested in working in a financial environment? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 2 month contract in Toronto!

Pay: $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (flexibility to work within this time frame)

As an Administrative Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:
- prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- design and maintain databases
- maintain and file or retrieve documents and reference materials paper and electronic
- manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, travel arrangements & expenses
- arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- receive and interact with incoming visitors
- liaise with internal staff at all levels
- interact with external clients
- co-ordinate project-based work
- review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

- Work for a top 5 bank in Canada
- Work in a team environment
- TTC Accessible

- Calendaring outlook – managing multiple calendars
- Polished professional and excellent communication ability all level stakeholders internal and external
- Organizational skills
- MS office suites
- 3 years of Experiencing supporting managers on an admin capacity
- Financial institution background experience
