A non-profit organization is looking for a bilingual administrative assistant to join its team in Anjou, in the east of Montreal. The organization takes care of the good respect of the laws and collective agreements of the professionals of its sector.
You will be required to converse with the members, in order to guide them in the proper respect of the decrees of their salaries.
This is an administrative position, but comfort with numbers or payroll are real assets.
You will be required to analyze documents related to payroll.
A 6-month training will be offered to you as well as a wide range of advantages; such as a salary increase every 6 months, because the position is unionized.
In addition, the position is 39 hours one week out of two, and 31 hours the next.
