We are looking for a bilingual administrative assistant to join our dynamic team within a non-profit organization based in Anjou. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and collective agreements of the sector we represent by working closely with our members.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for document management of member queries, conversation with industry employers and employees, and analysis of payroll-related documents. Previous experience in this field would be a real asset for this position.
We offer six months of training to help you integrate into the team, as well as a wide range of benefits, including an RRSP, employer-paid group insurance and on-site parking. You will work 39 hours every other week, followed by 31 hours the following week, Monday to Thursday.
We are looking for candidates with a DEC or equivalent, 5 years of administrative and customer service experience, a good command of MS Office and an ability to work with numbers. The salary for this position is between $60K and $63K with 3 weeks vacation.
