We are looking for a bilingual French/English administrative assistant for our office located in Anjou for a temporary position with the possibility of permanence which could start very quickly!

- Day and office hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Salary between $23-27 per hour depending on experience;

Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative needs of management and team members (business travel reservations, reports, analyses, etc.)
- Take care of the reception and the warm welcome of customers and visitors
- Translate certain documents as needed
- Receive mailings and order materials
- Make memos and publications on social networks as needed
- Organize some corporate events
- Answering the telephone, forwarding to the various stakeholders, opening and distributing postal mail and other documents, diary management, email management, filing.
- Manage emails
- Enter reports
Qualifications
- Academic training in the administrative field
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
- Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Priority management and versatility
- Autonomy and flexibility
- Be comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
- Have a particular interest in the protection of the environment
