We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our team based in Burnaby. This is a permanent full time role with an ASAP start date. If you have a strong background in administration and have a high attention to detail then we want to hear from you.

If you are French Bilingual then this is an added benefit and will increase your starting salary.

The main responsibilities and duties for this role are:

 Preparing of mortgage documents, notice of security interest and transfer of mortgages
 Answer calls promptly and respond to requests in a professional manner
 Enter data in to our CRM/Task Management system
 Conducts follow ups
 Provide user support
 Liaise with other departments to resolves issues
 Consistently upgrading your product/service knowledge

Qualifications
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail
 High school diploma
 Post-secondary degree an asset
 Excellent customer service skills
 Strong computer and analytical skills
 Bilingual in English & French is an asset
 40 wpm typing- strong MS office skills
 2-3 years min in an admin role
