A well-known organization in the construction industry, is looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to their team in Coquitlam. This is a full-time, 3 month+ position.

The responsibilities of the role include:

* submitting payroll, new hire packages, and terminations for the staff
* entering new jobs/orders, scan invoices in to internal system (Invoice Ready), print pay cheques
* general office duties including couriers, mail, ordering supplies, reception duties and other general duties as requested
* assisting the accounts receivable team whenever needed

Schedule: Set hours, Monday-Friday!

Qualifications

* Previous administrative experience
