Position is Monday to Friday, $20.97/hour

Responsibilities
Organizing meetings by preparing agenda/action items, booking meeting rooms, setting up audiovisual equipment, and coordinating catering
Responding promptly and thoroughly to requests for information
Updating tracking sheets and data management systems
Preparing, proofreading, formatting, and correcting documents including reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets
Assisting with data systems design and testing
Verifying correct savings and rebate information; and
Scheduling site visits.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a customer focused and service oriented individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
Additionally, you are a collaborative team player who takes personal accountability to deliver on what is expected in the role and who strives for excellence every day.
You are flexible and have an above average attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
You must have a strong working knowledge in all functions of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
