Responsibilities
-Preparing travel briefs for the Chief Secretary and Territorial Commander in coordination with the Executive Assistant
- Produce correspondence for significant events and milestones (Birthdays, Corporate Openings, Long Service Promotions, coordinate sending Christmas cards, etc.)
- Track and record furlough dates
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Process monthly VISA statements in TEM (Travel & Expense Management)
- Order office supplies and refreshments (when needed) and other clerical duties
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant position
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and table chart set up)
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates teamwork skills while working independently
- Possess a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality with professional ethics and a balanced awareness of fairness and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail and processes
