Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: West Edmonton, AB
Type: 6 Month Temporary Assignment

Are you an experienced, motivated Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an industrial office environment? Are you looking for a temporary role working with a fun group of team members? Do you desire an environment to develop your skills, gain valuable experience and advance your career?

This role is a fast paced position that requires you to work independent and self-driven. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that is able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
This position is located in West Edmonton, AB and requires you to have access to reliable transportation.

This position is open for immediate placement.


The Main Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

-Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate
-Updating phone system as required (ie after hours messaging, voicemail)
-Maintain reception area
-Greet walk in traffic and assist with inquires
-General clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mailing
-Maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Accurate and fast data entry
- Posting invoices to Quickbooks

Qualifications
Your experience that makes you the best fit for this role:

- Minimum 2+ years relevant Administrative Assistant experience in an industrial or manufacturing office environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Professional phone etiquette and Customer focus
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Intermediate Word experience
- Previous experience with Quickbooks
