Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Acheson, AB
Type: Temporary to Permanent

Are you an experienced, motivated Administrative Assistant, with some Finance and Accounting background and a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an industrial office environment? Are you looking for an immediate opportunity to work with a fun group of team members? Do you desire an environment to develop your skills, gain valuable experience and advance your career?

This role is a fast paced position that requires you to work independently and be self-driven. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that is able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy.

This position is located in Acheson, AB and requires you to have access to reliable transportation.

This position is open for immediate placement.

The Main Responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

Working directly with the Service Team and the Finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with all general administrative support.

- Reception duties, answering calls, screening and directing as appropriate
- Assisting with Billing, Invoicing and Shipping documentation
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- Time card data entry
- General clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Accurate and fast data entry

What You Can Expect:

- Earn between $20 hourly
- Full time, Monday - Friday schedule of 8:00am - 4:30pm

Your experience that makes you the best fit for this role:

- Minimum 2+ years relevant Administrative Assistant experience in an industrial or manufacturing office environment
- Previous experience in Finance and Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
