Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and operating phone systems
- Providing administrative and clerical support to all departments
- Coordinating travel arrangements, catering requests and staff events
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Data entry using MS Excel, organizing documents, filing, scanning and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SAP and CRM
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Must be legally eligible to work full time hours
