A construction company is currently seeking an administrative assistant for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

It is a family business founded almost half a century ago. It has over 100 employees, some of whom have been part of the team for more than 20 years.

As an administrative assistant, you will have as main responsibilities:
- Support president and office manager
- Manage their day to day calendar
- Work with excel reports
- Enter invoicing
- Managing Inventory
- Support customer service team (administration)
- Prepare conference room and kitchen for gatherings
- Type letters
- Along with other administrative tasks

The proposed salary is $40, 000 a year, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 3 weeks vacation, 2 flexible days, Group insurance after 3 months, Parking available, Easily accessible by public transport.

- Bilingual - French and English (oral / written)
- Relevant experience in a similar field (minimum 2 years)
- Fast, very comfortable with computers
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
