A company in the lighting industry is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a permanent position in Lasalle. The company is looking for someone detail oriented who has problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

As an Administrative Assistant your tasks will be:
- Manage the personal and rental properties
- Release orders using ERP system
- Conduct follow-ups with clients / customers
- Opening New clients in ERP system
- Credit checks for New clients
- File Claims
- Document/ Enter both claims/returns
- Along with other clerical tasks

The salary bracket offered is $40,000 per year with a schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, benefits after 3 months, 2 weeks of vacation +10 paid Jewish Holidays per year, accessible by public transit, and parking on site.

Requirements of an Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong English spoken and write with an Intermediate French
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP system is an asset
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Someone who can multi task easily/organized
