Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional administrative support by managing correspondence, entering data, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
You will be the driving force behind the daily management of our business.
Assist in personnel management by performing tasks related to recruitment, integration, training, and employee development.
You will be the main point of contact for our employees, ensuring their well-being and providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
Provide assistance to the marketing team by performing tasks related to social media management, content production, event planning, and organization. You will help shape our brand and improve our online presence.
Maintain the confidentiality of all company-related information and data, including employee personal information. You will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of our data.
Be flexible to perform any other tasks assigned by management, as needed. You will be a true member of the team and we will rely on you to help us achieve our goals.
Qualifications
Requirements:
DEP in secretarial studies or a DEC in administration or equivalent experience.
Relevant professional experience in administration. We are looking for someone with practical experience, who is motivated and has exceptional skills.
You are comfortable with technology and have a deep understanding of the tools we use.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
You are a hard worker and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. You are skilled at communicating with others and can convey information clearly and concisely.
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills. You are a reliable person who can work independently and manage confidential information.
