Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and execution of multiple new and ongoing projects and programs as required
- Administrative management of vendor sponsorship program and marketing platform including, vendor communication, package setup, monitoring vendor engagement, downloading content for monthly execution, review, organize, and share with appropriate department
- Assist in the coordination, preparation, and shipping of assets required for member events
- Provide editorial review and proofreading as required
- Creative support for member events and marketing programs
- Inventory management of office supplies and promotional materials for events
- Order administration and fulfilment
- Liaison with third party agencies, distributors, and manufacturers
- Administrative support to other departments as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency using MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams
- Understanding of web and social media platforms
- Experience with preparation of documents/waybills for national and international shipping
- Experience with a buying group or home improvement industry is considered an asset but not required
- Bilingual French/English would be considered an asset
