-Temporary Mandate until November 20th, with possibility of extension.
-Located in East Montreal, in Pointe-aux-Trembles.
-Salary: between $24 and $27 per hour.
-Full-time (37.5 hours/week).
-Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming communications: Answer phones and emails, and relay messages.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
Handle physical and electronic mail (opening, distribution, and parcel shipping).
Ensure the circulation of internal information (e.g., memos/service notes).
Draft and input various documents (letters, memos/service notes).
Review and correct documents (Word, layout, PO/REC JDE support, etc.).
Update reference documents (organizational charts, phone lists, address books).
Swear/attest documents, as needed.
Manage work permits (Head Office).
Digitize and distribute invoices and cheques.
Process remote bank deposits.
Manage supplies and orders: stationery, coffee, household products.
Ensure daily maintenance of the coffee machine.
Take care of the reception area (furniture, mailboxes, bulletin boards, plants).
Manage gym purchases and maintenance.
Support to other departments: Assist colleagues (weekly label preparation for Accounting, ordering meals/lunches).
Compile data and statistics as needed.
Weekly data entry and updating of reports (Argus, Poten) in the BI system.
Conduct supplier research.
Provide support for the organization of corporate events.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or a similar position.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingualism (French and English).
