Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Administrative Assistant for the Estimating Department will be responsible for the administrative management of the department, such as project follow-up, email management and communication with the various clients

-Salary 50 000 to 55 000 per year according to experience.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Department Manager, the Administrative Assistant in the Estimating Department in Montreal North will be responsible for:
-Administrative support for the department
-Management of emails
Follow-up and research of addendums for the estimators
-respond to client requests
Qualifications
-College education in administration or minimum 2 years equivalent experience;
-Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
-Mastery of MS Office software
-Demonstrate initiative and be proactive
-Excellent ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
-Good organizational and interpersonal skills
-Autonomy, rigor and structure
You are recognized for your analytical skills and the accuracy of your files;
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
