Leading Skin Care Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Sales Department at their Ville Saint-Laurent branch.

As an administrative assistant in the sales department, you will have as main responsibilities:
-Preparation of documents and commission reports
-Reply the demands of the sales department
-Update sales reports and data in the system
-Follow up records
-Any other related task

What are the benefits for this position?
The proposed salary is between $ 40,000 to $ 44,000 per year, benefits after 3 months, Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 2 weeks vacation, accessible in public transport, parking on site.

What do you need for this job?
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the field of customer service / Receptionist
- Ability to work in a fast and multitasking environment
- Reliable and autonomous
- Great sense of organization
