A Construction company located in Mont Royal is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. The proposed salary is between $55, 000 to $60, 000 a year, Monday through Friday, 30 hour work week, benefits after 3 months, 3 weeks vacation, pension matching, parking available. Advantages- Well-known company- Great company values- Benefits after 3 months- 3 weeks vacation- Pension matching plan- 30 hour work week ResponsibilitiesSupport the Assistant Vice President – Accounting, the VP Finance & Administration, and the finance team in their administrative tasks• Maintaining and keeping up to date the bank accounts of Colas Canada and its subsidiaries, lettersof credit and other bank correspondence• Produce expense reports and reconcile credit card statements for Executives• Coordinate documents for special events and trips with corporate agency• Management of the corporate box at the Bell Center (hockey games and shows - tickets, meals,coordination with the host of the box, re-billing, etc.)• Manage mail (sort, distribute, send, etc.)• Filing of confidential documents• Prepare weekly schedules (Administration) for Executives• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies (business cards, envelopes, coffee, refreshments,etc.)• Translations of documents from time to time• Reception (answer phone calls, greet guests, couriers, etc....)• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.Qualifications• DEC or BAC in administration• Minimum of 3-5 Years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role• Full Bilingualism (oral and written) essential• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy• High degree of confidentiality – ability to handle sensitive information with discretion• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with a high degree of autonomy• Strong understanding of banking processes• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & French• Excellent Microsoft Office skills - especially in Excel and in managing outlook calendar’s• Demonstration of strong values – loyalty, integrity, focus and accountability• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Word, Excel, PowerPoint softwareSummaryLooking for an Executive Assistant ole?Looking for work in the Ville Mont Royal area?Click on "Apply Now" or send your resume to:email@example.comRandstad Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce reflective of the diversity of Canada.
