    Position: Administrative Assistant
    Type: Permanent
    Schedule: Flex Hours / Hybrid - Monday to Thrusday, 8am to 6pm - Total of 36 hours the week
    Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
    Vacation: 3 weeks
    Benefits: After 3 months
    Salary: $50,000 to $55,000

    Advantages
    -Flexible work hours and schedule according to the demand of the projects and with the approval of the approval of the supervisor.
    - Hybrid mode with presence in the Montreal office (1 to 2 days per week)

    Responsibilities
    - Formatting and using various templates in Microsoft documents.
    Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc;
    - Integration of comments from the project team in Microsoft
    Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc;
    - Translation from English to French, with syntax, in Microsoft
    Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc;
    - Work in conjunction with the documentation control department to
    to know the numbering and revision of documents.

    Qualifications
    - Bilingual, spoken and written: French-English
    - Software:
    MS-Word = advanced/expert
    MS-Excel = intermediate
    MS-PowerPoint =intermediate
    - SharePoint environment = beginner to intermediate
    - 3+ years of experience
    - Someone who has initiative, attention to detail, team player, self-starter and good work ethic
    - Experience in an engineering firm or in the construction industry:
    asset
    - MS-Visio: asset
