    Our client, a large Quebec-based finance organization that invests its clients' funds around the world, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.

    Advantages
    - 35h / week;
    - hybrid (3 days in the office - 2 days telecommuting);
    - 4 weeks of vacation + 5 flexible days;
    - Insurance;
    - RRSP;
    - Stable and human team;
    - Salary range between $55k/year and $65k/year (salary based on experience;
    - Substantial bonus based on performance between 7.5% and 15% of annual salary;

    Responsibilities
    - Coordinate and prepare travel requests, make reservations and finalize expense reports for team members;
    - Coordinate the organization of an investment committee;
    - Coordinate various administrative activities;
    - Prepare payment requests according to the policies in effect and ensure follow-up;
    - Participate in the development and revision of certain presentation documents, ensuring quality control and a professional layout using his/her creativity;
    - Work in collaboration with the assistants during peak periods in order to maintain quality service to the team;
    - Be on the lookout for best practices in terms of work tools, make recommendations and participate in their deployment;
    - Accomplish any other related task that may be assigned;

    Qualifications
    Requirements
    - College diploma in administration or other relevant studies;
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience deemed relevant to the position;
    - Excellent communication, writing and visual communication skills (an asset);
    - Excellent command of Microsoft Office and knowledge of the SharePoint application (an asset);
    - Knowledge of Concur and MAX software (an asset);

    - Thoroughness and concern for quality;
    - Customer service oriented, flexible, available
    - Developed sense of organization, prioritization and follow-up;
    - Collaboration, teamwork and mutual aid;
    - Autonomy, sense of initiative and ability to work on several files simultaneously;
    - Ability to work in an evolving environment;
