- Position: Office Administrator (Lease Administrator)
- Workplace: on site
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 :30a.m. to 5:00p.m. (or 8:00am to 4:30pm)
- Salary: $55,000 to $60,000
- Start date: February 23rd

Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an Administrative Assistant in the heart of Westmount, Montreal:
• Updating information in the tenant’s file received from the building (phone number/email)
- Lease renewals:
o Printing all the lease renewal according to the list received
o Preparing the renewal ‘’packages’’ to send to the building (labels, copies, list)
o Processing/ entering in Hopem all the renewals information received from the renewal
folder from the buildings
o Do weekly follow up for ALR to print and print when needed
o Prepare TAL application for rent
o Print confirmation renewal when negotiation
o Send renewal by bailiff when necessary
o Do follow up with employees on renewal status (when needed)
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this Administrative Assistant position in the heart of Westmount, Montreal?
• Perfectly bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)
• Relevant experience related to the position
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge in the Inhouse system HOPEM (or Yarti) is an asset
• Demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation, communication, organization, speed and autonomy
