We are currently looking for an administrative assistant in the field of scientific research in downtown Montreal.
- Temporary contract with possibility of permanence
- Workplace: Hybrid

Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an administrative assistant in the field of scientific research in downtown Montreal.
- Schedule management
- Assisting superiors in the follow-up of their files
- Organize various trips and prepare travel expense reports
- Prepare and follow up on the budget
- Receive calls, manage mail and emails and ensure follow-up
- Drafting of various correspondence
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Organize meetings
- Collaborate and ensure the follow-up and maintenance of various administrative files, files and databases related to the department's activities
- Layout of various documents
- Perform data entry in the appropriate systems and compile statistics for various reports
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this administrative assistant position in the scientific research field in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- A professional degree in secretarial or office automation
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Interpersonal skills, professionalism, ability to manage several files at once and good management of priorities
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Advanced computer skills (Office Suite - Outlook)
