Our client, a nationally recognized company in the financial sector, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 37.5 hours / week ;
- 3 weeks of vacations (office closed at Christmas);
- 5 floating vacations per year in addition to vacation weeks;

- Salary range between $24/hr and $27.5/hr (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Ensure communication with clients;
- Assist team members in their various administrative tasks;
- Review the quality of the language of the various documents produced;
- Production, layout and correction of various documents (letters, memos, reports, service offers, etc.);
- Filing, scanning and organizing the final documents approved by the clients;
- Follow up on the electronic signatures of our clients, in relation to their current files;
- Complete government forms and transmit electronic documents;
- Communicate with tax authorities, if necessary;
- Participate in the management of the office: make certain purchases, manage assigned spaces, as needed;
- Occasional replacement of the receptionist (greeting clients, answering the phone, managing email, etc.);
- Any other related administrative task;
Qualifications
- Professional degree in secretarial studies and/or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the principles and good practices in customer service;
- Collaborates easily with the members of his/her team;
- Expresses himself/herself with great ease in French, both orally and in writing;
- Mastery of English (written + oral = an asset)
- Mastery of the Office Suite;
- Be techno friendly;
- Autonomous, versatile, agile, proactive, good personality, team player and collaborative;
