Attention all Administrative Assistants! Are you looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity in Oakville? Are you looking to grow within a fun team environment? Then we would love to chat with you!

We have partnered with our Oakville based client to find their next Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for Invoicing Clients, some Payrolling administration, Filing, and electronic document uploading as well as administration for service Work orders.

This role is a full-time opportunity within the Oakville area and offers room for development and flexible hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 8 hours!

Responsibilities
- Posting Invoices to the JDE software on a daily and weekly basis
- Creating reports in Excel as required
- Following up with vendors on required information for vendors
- Adhere to all company guidelines for posting and entering invoices
- Act as support for administration in the Payrolling department
- Assist other departments with general administration
- Answer incoming calls as required and manage the reception desk through greeting visitors and managing the visitor’s logbook
- Enter information on Work order documents (transfer information into a formal document)

Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in Administration and Invoicing
- Knowledge in JDE is an asset in this role
- Post secondary education or a minimum of 3 years working experience
- Proficiency in reporting and a strong attention to detail is required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
