A company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of Commercial and Home Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Project Coordinator.

As an Administrative Assistant to assist the Project Coordinator you will take on tasks such as:
- Enter credit card payments from technicians
- Enter customer credits and credit/bills, as needed- Enter technicians hours for payroll
- Assistant with preparation and billing
- Open and close contracts
- Along with many other various tasks

The proposed salary as an Administrative Assistant to assist the Project Coordinator is between $45,000 and $54,000 per year, benefits after 3 months, 3 weeks vacation, schedule from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hour week).

Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and French, written and oral)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience with HVAC an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- High degree of precision and attention to detail
- Someone who can take initiative
