A company in the manufacturing sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant within the Operations Department, for a permanent position in Ville Saint-Laurent.

As an Administrative Assistant within the Operations Department you will take on tasks such as:
- Assist in the planning of the products to be manufactured according to the needs and inventory rules
- Enter and create receipt of raw materials in the management system
- Enter purchase orders into the system
- Enter order in ERP system

The proposed salary is $40,000 to $48,000 per year, with a schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, for a total of 37.5 hours per week, benefits after 3 months and 2 weeks of vacation.
