Responsibilities
- Follow up on price lists and execute billing operations to clients (production, sending and follow-up)
- Produce expense accounts for management personnel
- Perform simple month-end entries and produce basic accounting reports
- Carry out the required validations with various government institutions (e.g. CNESST certificate, Revenu-Québec, etc.)
- Follow up on service contract deadlines and send renewal letters
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the management of customer accounts such as updating the CRM, end of warranty, etc...
- Formulate and implement office procedures such as booking and preparing conference rooms and meetings, welcoming visitors, ordering meals, etc...
- Assist the human resources department with certain administrative tasks (preparation of documents, promotional items, etc.)
Qualifications
- Professional degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office/accounting clerk position
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate); Knowledge of computerized accounting system and CRM an asset
- French spoken and written with a functional English or bilingual.
- Detail oriented, organized, service oriented, team player, versatile
- Self-starter with the ability to learn
- Flexible
