Are you looking to get into an administrative position? Do you have a passion for the health and beauty industry? We are working with a cosmetic manufacturing company who is looking for someone proficient in MS Office programs to join their friendly team.

This person would report to the office manager and staff and would be responsible for

-Data entry
-Filing light reception work
-Basic customer service.

Someone who likes a busy schedule in a relaxed environment would fit in perfectly. The company likes to promote within, and there are many opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
Job responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include:

-Answering telephone calls
-Scheduling appointments
-Learning the company's computer system
-Greeting individuals who drop by the office
-Answering questions about services and retail products
-Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks (emailing, scanning, etc.)
-Typing reports and filing
