One of our clients, who is a member of the BIG 4, is looking for a bright and talented Administrative Assistant to support their Advisory team. Working from their Downtown Toronto office, this Administrative Assistant will be a part of the Advisory Team. He/she will be responsible for liaising with and supporting the firms Advisory client service staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing high level Administrative support to partners and internal teams
• Assisting partners, who are leaders in Health Care, Advisory and National Leaders in Canadian Health & Life Sciences Practice
• Prepare a variety of documents such as memos, reports, presentations and proposals
• Partner calendar management and staff travel arrangements (via Concur)
• Coordinating and organizing meetings, conference calls and events
• Organize and coordinate meetings and other internal or external activities
• Invoicing, process expenses and time (via SAP)
• Assist with projects and other duties

QUALIFICATIONS
• College diploma or equivalent education
• 2+ years of Administration/Administrative Assistant experience
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge and experience with SAP or any other ERP system
• Ability to multi task and manage priorities in a fast pace environment
• Team player with the ability to work smoothly and effectively with various members/teams
• Extremely detail oriented with the skill to proofread and make changes simultaneously
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
