Are you looking for a temporary or contract position in North York with a high possibility of becoming permanent? Are you looking for a location that is walking distance from a subway station? Do you have some experience working an administrative assistant capacity? If so, this might be the position you have been waiting for.

Our client, who is located at Yonge and Sheppard is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a brand new role for them as part of their operations team. The reason it has become available is due to their recent growth spurt. The position starts off as a 6 month contract position but for the right person, there is a high possibility that it could turn permanent.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Being the liaison between the manager and the sales team
- Booking some travel and accommodation for the manager as and when required
- General administrative duties such as copying, filing, making presentations
- Assist in communicating marketing campaigns
- Work on RFP’s as required
