Our client, a boutique Real Estate Brokerage Company, is looking for a Permanent Administrative Assistant in downtown Toronto!

• $45,000 annual salary

Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a Real Estate Environment Experience

• Provide timely, efficient, accurate and professional administrative support.
• Strong understanding and commitment to the requirements of confidentiality.
• Strong time management
• Superior Customer service skills
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and coordinating schedules and meetings
• Direct telephone and email inquiries, accurately document and distribute mail.
• Possess high attention to detail
• Strong conflict resolution when dealing with any client or customer concerns
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Role & Responsibilities:
• Answer all client inquiries via phone and email
• Deal with courier mail and ensure all bills are paid on time
• Greet all clients and brokers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure that the office Calendar is up to date and reflective in all staff members calendars
• Upload and edit leasing agreements and deals through platforms such as MLS
• Ensure the office is opened and closed properly
• Other Administrative duties as required
