We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for a permanent full-time position with an organization in the industry of Canadian Natural Resources. This will be a hybrid role consisting of 2-3 days per week in the office at their downtown Toronto location.
If you are someone who is incredibly organized and has the ability to adapt to new things and learn quickly. You would be supporting various levels of management and other roles in the organization with calendar management, travel bookings and other details regarding the set up of meetings, etc.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various level of management and provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate scheduling of the meeting spaces
Organize and maintain database.
Answer and refer incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
General level support with tech set up, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Experience in office administration or similar roles ( customer service, reception, hospitality service is welcome)
Very high sense of organization
Comfortable with various types of technology
