Our client, a leader in the full-service technology industry, is looking for the next Administrator with excellent communication skills to work in the office at their Downtown Toronto location for a 6 weeks contract with a possibility of permanent/extension!
This role is Hybrid 4 days in the office and 1 day at home- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and open work orders for technical support
- Follow up with the job order status on the technical support and advise the client or technician accordingly
- Update the status of each inquiry on the tracking system
- Send the invoices, and bill the client accordingly with the job order details
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- One year past administrative experience; financial experience/aptitude will allow an easier transition into the role
- SAP experience is an asset
- Microsoft Excel advanced skills
- Exceptional written communication skills as you will reply to shareholder inquiries in written form (email, letter, etc.)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and good time management skills
