We are looking for someone that has some leadership or warehouse coordination experience to help out in scheduling, site tour, coordinating trainings, and perform all warehouse functions in assigned area.
We are looking for full-time or part-time applicants. We are not hiring students for this role.

Responsibilities
- Refilling office supplies
- Utilizing ordering systems
- Receiving incoming goods
- Setting up vendors and PO's
- Answer the phone and emails
- Perform other duties as required
- Use an indirect purchasing program
- Co-ordinate, assist and meet with guests
- Working with other departments to co-ordinate
- Liaison between outside vendors and the landlord
- Assisting the executive and office co-ordination support
Qualifications
- Data entry skills
- Administrative skills
- Computer skills are a must
- Minimum six months experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working in an office setting
