We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a leading insurance and financial services provider, in their Vancouver office.

This would be a great opportunity to develop your professional experience with a reputable company.

As an Administrative Assistant, you would be responsibilities for:
• Providing general administrative support and reception duties for the real estate management office
• Assisting in the management of schedules and resource booking
• The coordination of tenant maintenance requests
• Typing correspondence including letters, memos, forms, cover sheets, policies and procedures
• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
• Ordering office supplies as required, and may involve general kitchen duties
• Handling calls from both external and internal sources
• Other administrative duties as required

• Work for one of Canada's largest insurance companies
• Professional work environment
• Vancouver location
• 6 month contract
• Pay Rate: $23/hr
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
• Accessible by public transit
• Start date: September 16th, 2019

• Previous administrative/receptionist support experience
• Must be a detailed oriented individual
• Excellent PC skills, including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ACCESS
• Must be a team player and able to multi task
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
