To start, the Admin Assistant will:
•Maintain general office upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
•Schedule and manage office repairs and maintenance.
•Provide reception support and duties as required.
•Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
•Maintain schedule and calendars for events and meetings.
•Arrange catering for various occasions.
•Other ad-hoc projects and/or tasks as they arise.

We are looking for:
•Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint (applicants will be tested). Knowledge of SharePoint is an asset but not required.
•Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm (applicants will be tested).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Must be a team player and flexible.
•Must have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
•Minimum of 1-3 years in a relevant administrative role.
•Minimum of 2 professional references that can be provided immediately.
