A client of ours located in downtown Vancouver is looking for a keen administrator who has experience in the financial services industry and wants to be a key member in a highly successful planning practice. The role will operate out of a support team that will provide top-level client service support to four planners and assist with administrative support in a fast-paced day to day operation.

Responsibilities:

• Driving delivery of our service standards and ensuring we deliver what was promised
• Meeting, appointment, and Professional Development booking for advisors (heavy calendaring)
• Assist with client meeting preparation and debrief after meetings
• Use business tools and technology to organize the team’s efficiencies and organization
• Executive Assistant duties as needed
• Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely manner and escalating to Advisors when
appropriate
• Maintain client database, electronic and paper files
• Keep up-to-date with compliance rules and administrative procedures
• Seek to improve current systems & processes
• Provide basic technical support to advisors and team
• Participation in tax preparation and admin
• Trade checking
• General administrative duties such as:
o Supply ordering
o Coordination and preparation of Newsletter, statement and other mail outs (electronic and
paper)
o Venue booking for outside office meetings/conferences
o Event planning and organization
• Other duties as needed
